Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds of $5,142,766 and $3,222,799 against its appropriations in fiscal years 2006-07 and 2007-08 respectively, to facilitate the signing of the Atlantic Initiative – Selfcare/Telecare Agreement.
