Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 4,000 square feet of warehouse space in the Campbell Development Building located at the corner of  Blackmarsh Road and Simmons Avenue, St. John’s, NL owned by Campbell Development Ltd., for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2007 under the existing terms and conditions and at the existing rental payment of $27,400.00 per annum.
