Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding of $2.25 M against its 2007-2008 budgetary appropriations, in place of the $400,000 previously approved by OC2005-502 for 2007-2008, to facilitate the construction of a new facility for grades 7-12 at Mobile.
