Under the authority of subsection 7(7) of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to adjust the expiration dates of existing Sustainable Forest Management Plans throughout the province, as per Annex 1 of the Minister’s Submission entitled, “Proposed Five Year Operating Plan Implementation Schedule for all Forest Management District / Tenure Combinations in Newfoundland and Labrador.”
