Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into the Contribution Agreement for the Greencover Canada Program Between Canada and Newfoundland and Labrador, substantially along the lines of the copy on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
