Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Robert Warren as Assistant Deputy Minister – Natural Heritage in the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective June 5, 2006, with Mr. Warren to receive termination benefits in accordance with the Executive Pay Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with the following exception:  severance benefits (if any) are not to be deducted from other termination benefits.
