Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 2,371 square feet of warehouse space in the Future Power Automotive Inc. Building, 6 Bayley Street, Grand Falls - Windsor, NL from Future Power Automotive Inc., for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2007 under the existing terms and conditions and at the existing rental payment of $17,241.60 per annum.

OC2006-151 is hereby rescinded.
