Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Brent Meade as Acting Assistant Deputy Minister – Natural Heritage in the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective June 6, 2006, at a step to be determined on the 1500 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, for the duration of his temporary appointment to the Department of Environment and Conservation.  At the end of this temporary appointment, Mr. Meade shall return to his position of Assistant Deputy Minister – Culture and Recreation, with salary and classification in accordance with OC2006-177.
