Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Richard Wardle as Acting Assistant Deputy Minister – Mineral Resource Management in the Department of Natural Resources, effective June 19, 2006, with salary to be determined at an appropriate step on the 1358 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, for the duration of this assignment.
