Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Denise Tubrett as Acting Assistant Deputy Minister – Corporate Services in the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, effective from a current date, with salary to be determined at an appropriate step on the 1312 Point Scale in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, for the duration of this assignment.
