Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Chris Kieley as Special Advisor to the Minister of Natural Resources on Major Energy Projects, effective from a current date, at his current salary of $115,000, and under the same terms and conditions of his contract previously filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
