Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Pierre Tobin as Acting Associate Deputy Minister – Energy in the Department of Natural Resources, effective from a current date, with salary at $107,833, with general salary increases to apply, for the duration of his appointment to this temporary position.
