Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr.  Jeff Whalen as the Acting Assistant Deputy Minister – Agrifoods Development in the Department of Natural Resources, effective from a current date, with salary to be determined at an appropriate step on the 1450 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, for the duration of this assignment.
