Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown and further to the direction provided in OC2005-629, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to set the salary for Bruce Saunders as Deputy Minister of the Department of Natural Resources at Step 33 of the 2328 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan on a personal basis, effective December 9, 2005.
