Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to precommit funding of $2,155,200 against its budgetary appropriations for the five fiscal years 2007-2008 to 2011-2012, to facilitate the fulfilment of the terms of the Newfoundland and Labrador Prescription Drug Program Real-Time Claims Adjudication and Management System Project agreement with XWAVE.
