Under the authority of section 7(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown Land not exceeding 0.47 hectares in Pasadena to the Town of Pasadena subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
