Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 5,880 square feet of space from Goose Real Estate Ltd. in the Goose Real Estate Building, to be occupied by the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development for the local economic development office in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, from September 30, 2006 to March 30, 2010 at a gross rental rate of $14.95 per square foot ($87,906.00 per annum).
