Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Service Newfoundland and Labrador to pre-commit funding of $10,000 against its budgetary appropriation in fiscal year 2015-16 for the Province’s share of the cost associated with a request for proposals to be issued under a Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Atlantic Provinces Drivers Licence ID Card Project with the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island.
