Under the authority of section 31 of the Public Service Pensions Act, 1991, section 35 of the Teachers’ Pensions Act and section 29 of the Uniformed Services Pensions Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Pension Policy Committee as follows:

Chair:  Deputy Minister, Public Service Secretariat;

Vice Chair:  Deputy Minister of Finance;

Members:

Assistant Deputy Minister of Finance – Financial Planning and Benefits Administration;

Assistant Deputy Minister of the Public Service Secretariat – Labour Relations;

Director of Pensions Administration;

Director of Human Resources Development and Services; and

Secretary:  Manager of Pension Benefits.
