Under the authority of subsections 10(9) and 12(8) of the Oil and Gas Corporation Act and section 8 of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals as the interim Chairperson and members of the interim Board of Directors of the Oil and Gas Corporation of  Newfoundland and Labrador, with effect from a current date, until such time that a Chairperson and Board of Directors are appointed in accordance with subsections 10(2) and 12(1) of the Oil and Gas Corporation Act and the Independent Appointments Commission Act:

a) Sharon Murphy, as Chairperson;
b) Ted Lomond;
c) Denise Hanrahan;
d) Tanny Collins;
e) Roland Strickland;
f) Pierre Tobin;
g) Wayne Chipman;
h) Dr. Charles Randell; and
i) Heather Jacobs, Q.C..
