Orders in Council Database

Under the authority ofsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Government Services to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations for up to eight years in the following amounts to enable the department to enter into the contract with Unisys Canada Inc. for the continuation of the Personal Property Registry System: $355,476 in 2009-10;  $387,792 in each of 2010-11 and 2011-12, $423,340 in 2012-13;  $426,571 in each of 2013-14 and 2014-15;  $465,673 in 2015-16;  and $469,228 in 2016-17.
