Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funding of up to $1,000,000 against its 2009-10 and 2010-11 appropriations for the extension of a contract with Electronic Warfare Associates - Canada Limited for the provision of information protection services to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
