Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close the section of abandoned highway reservation at Spaniard’s Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, contained within the boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area of 979 square metres and being more particularly described in Annex “B” of the Minister’s Submission, and to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to subsequently transfer title to the land to Mr. Gary Roberts under terms and conditions acceptable to the Minister of Transportation and Works.
