Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment to pre-commit funding of $7,000,000 against its 2010-11 budgetary appropriations for programs and services administered under the Employment Development Programs, Employment Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Program and Youth and Student Services Program to facilitate the delivery of its programs and services.
