Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funding of  $285,000 and $150,000 against its 2010-11 and 2011-12 budgetary allocations, respectively, to facilitate entering into an agreement with Natural Resources Canada.
