Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding in the amount of $9,350,000 against 2010-11 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of a tender for the Paradise – New School #2 infrastructure project.
