Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Ms. Kathleen Healey as Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions with the Department of Justice, effective May 26, 2009, with Ms. Healey to receive termination of employment and severance benefits in accordance with the Termination of Employment Policy, approved by MC2005-0540, contained in the on-line Human Resource Policy Manual, with any applicable severance benefits to not be deducted from other termination benefits
