Under the authority of section 3(2) of the Citizens’ Representative Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robert Noseworthy, effective June 1, 2009, to act as  Citizens' Representative in a temporary capacity for the sole purpose of investigating a complaint made against the Child and Youth Advocate under the House of Assembly Accountability, Integrity and Administration Act with the appointment to expire upon the completion of the investigation and delivery of a written Report to the Clerk and Speaker of the House of Assembly, and in accordance withthe terms and conditions of a contract between the Speaker of the House of Assembly and Robert Noseworthy, a copy of which is to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
