Under the authority of section 8 of “An Act to Amend the Highway Traffic Act” SNL2008 c57, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring the Act into force on June 1, 2009.
