Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the proposed three year Memorandum of Agreement for the renewal of the Atlantic Canada Tourism Partnership substantially along the lines as  attached in Annex A of the Minister’s Submission and on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
