Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funds of $478,800 against each of its 2010-11 and 2011-12 budgetary appropriations to support the Province’s contribution to the proposed Atlantic Canada Tourism Partnership Memorandum of Agreement.
