Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its future years budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of various service contracts, as follows: $2,483,535 for 2010-11; $1,701,580 for 2011-12; and $637,991 for 2012-13.
