Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Business to pre-commit up to $500,000 against its 2010-11 budgetary allocation in order to facilitate approval of projects under the Aerospace and Development Fund that span two fiscal years.
