Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act,the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funds to a maximum of $70,000 against its appropriations in each of 2010-11 and 2011-12 to facilitate the award of a contract for the chemical analysis of Voisey’s Bay nickel concentrates.
