Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, under its Ocean Technology Sector Strategy, to pre-commit up to $2,990,000 against its 2010/11 budgetary appropriations and $2,590,000 against its 2011/12 appropriations in order to facilitate project approvals under its Ocean Technology Development Fund.
