Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Morris as the Acting Assistant Deputy Minister of  Innovation, Research and Advanced Technologies in the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, effective June 9, 2009, until the return of the permanent incumbent, with salary at an appropriate level on the 1450 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 for the duration of this assignment.
