Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Martin Goebel as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Environment in the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective June 9, 2009, with salary at an appropriate level on the 1450 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
