Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr. Mark Jones as Assistant Deputy Minister – Culture and Recreation in the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, effective June 9, 2009, at his existing classification and salary.
