Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Gary Cake as Private Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor, effective August 3, 2009, at his current salary on a personal basis.
