Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Wayne Penney as the Acting Deputy Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, in addition to his current responsibilities, effective June 9, 2009, until the return of the permanent incumbent, with salary at an appropriate level on the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by     MC91-0016 for the duration of this assignment.
