Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre?commit funding of $1,997,176 in each of 2010-11 and 2011-12 and $416,078 in 2012-13 budgetary appropriations, respectively, to facilitate the award of Government’s Local and Long Distance Telephone Contract.
