Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close the section of abandoned highway reservation of the old New Harbour Highway, in the electoral district of Trinity Bay de Verde, contained within the boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area measuring 1688 square meters and more particularly described in Schedule A and shown outlined on the plan marked Schedule B in Minister’s Submission, and to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to subsequently transfer title to the land to Mrs. Louise Hallingham and Mr. Cliff Hallingham, for the negotiated compensation of $2,194.50, inclusive of HST.
