Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 17 of the Executive Council Act and further to the direction provided in OC2005-383, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to transfer the responsibility for debt management in the Department of Finance from the Financial Planning and Benefit Administration Branch to the Taxation and Fiscal Policy Branch.
