Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipal Financing Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Assistant Deputy Minister Taxation and Fiscal Policy, Department of Finance, to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Municipal Financing Corporation which position was formerly held by the Assistant Deputy Minister, Debt Management and Pensions, Department of Finance.
