Executive Council Act
Under the authority of paragraph 5(1 )(b) of the Financial Administration Act, section
9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Renee Williams as Deputy Secretary of
the Treasury Board, in the Treasury Board Secretariat, Office of the Executive
Council, effective August 18, 2022, with salary at step 16 on the 1500 point scale of
the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary
increases applicable to Executive to apply.
