Under the authority of section 44 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the incumbents as the Board of Trustees of the Newfoundland Consolidated Sinking Funds, effective from a current date,

(i) Deputy Minister of Finance (Chair);

(ii) Comptroller General;

(iii) Assistant Deputy Minister Taxation and Fiscal Policy, Department of Finance;

(iv) Director of Debt Management, Department of Finance; and

(v) Manager of Debt Servicing Financial Risk, Department of Finance (Secretary).
