Further to the direction provided in OC2009-125 and under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reinstate Mr. Robert Lundrigan as the Chief Review Commissioner of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division, effective June 22, 2009.
