Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act and further to the direction provided in OC2005-359, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to remit any unpaid tax payable under the Retail Sales Tax Act respecting an all-terrain vehicle registered with the Registrar of Motor Vehicles from May 19, 2006 to May 28, 2006, irrespective of the date of purchase.
