Under the authority of section 5 of “An Act to Amend the Fishery Products International Limited Act,” SNL2006 c27, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring sections 1, 3 and 4 of the Act into force on May 26, 2006.
