Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds totaling $4,773,542 against its budgetary appropriations in 2015/16 to facilitate the award of a contract to Grey Rock Services Inc. for road upgrades related to Project 08-14PHP.
